Shipping Policy for HIGH PRAISE CLOTHING

Standard (Domestic): We offer flat rate shipping on all Domestic orders. 

Free Shipping: Orders over $149.99 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday).

Split Deliveries: To ensure the fastest possible delivery of your purchase, items from a single order may sometimes be shipped from different warehouses or arrive in separate packages. If your order is split into multiple shipments, we will provide you with a unique tracking number for each package. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split deliveries

Shipping Time: Please allow up to 14 business days from processing for your parcel to arrive.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Issues: Please contact hello@highpraiseclothing.com.au for any shipping-related issues. We aim to resolve all claims as soon as we can.

Final Note: We are a small business based in South Sydney and we will do our best to ensure you receive your order in good condition and in the given timeframe listed above. However, from time to time disruptions may occur. In those circumstances we will be transparent with you and contact you as soon as we are aware of the issue, and the steps we are taking to remediate this. We ask that you are patient with us as we grow, and we appreciate your ongoing support.
